MatterPak
This package offers a set of downloadable and exportable assets for use by architects, construction, development, developers and design professionals. Assets can be imported into a multitude of programs to kick start your design, development or management process.
E57 File
The E57 File is a file that can be imported into most 3D design software. It provides an end to end high density colorized point cloud.
TruePlan for Xactimate
True Plan eliminates the need to manually sketch properties, accelerating the estimation process and shortening claims cycles. this option allows you to conduct estimates and submit claims 100% remotely.
Verb & HomeAway 360 Publishing
This feature is a great way for vacation property owners and vacation rental managers to enhance their listings, generate more interest in their properties, and get more bookings. A 3D tour on your Verb listing enables guests to experience your property as if they were really there, helping your property stand out from the competition.
BIM File
This file transforms your spatial data to a LOD 200 building information model (BIM) in. RVT and .DWG format. Standard processing times may vary based on project size and project types.
How does it work?
Once you contact us, someone on our team will put together a package that best suits your needs. We'll then send a technician to scan your entire project. Once processed, the scans will be sent to you and can be forwarded to architects, engineers, contractors ect.
